Psychology

Mental health significantly influences various aspects of our lives, encompassing our emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

It plays a crucial role in how we think, feel, act and relate to others. I know how challenging it can be to deal with ourselves and the challenges in life.

It’s essential to have a trusted ally by your side, and that’s where I come in. With passion and commitment, I work to help people achieve their full potential.

My approach is based on empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices. Making therapy accessible and affordable is one of my personal goals.

I work with adults, and I am committed to providing inclusive and compassionate care that recognizes and respects your diverse and unique experiences.

I care about gender, race, sexuality and other facets of identity. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where everyone is valued in their journey.

HOW IT WORKS

I offer online therapy via Google Meet. You can be at any comfortable location and I guarantee data privacy, security and confidentiality.

The invoices will be sent per session or per month; we will decide together the best option.

Sessions typically involve exploring current needs, developing coping strategies and monitoring your mental health.

At the end of your sessions, I will send you resources (videos, documents, books, and action plans). It is not mandatory but recommended, and it is flexible.

Everything is decided together and I will ask you feedback about the action plan. It will be build and tested, tailored to your needs.

TECHNIQUES

The therapy techniques vary based on diagnosis, symptoms, and priorities. It offers ongoing support, personal growth, and chronic mental health management.

You can count on a periodic review of your progress and discussions about it. We will address your concerns, taking into consideration your experiences, cultural and social background, fostering a collaborative decision-making process.

It is a flexible, comprehensive, and evidence-based framework. It includes assessments, diagnosis, psychoeducation, treatment planning, cognitive strategies, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.

DATA PROTECTION
